Cartoon Yourself
This is me as a realistic cartoon. Honestly, this was such a weird project. It was very fun to create, but when I had to individually draw each part of my face, it felt weird. I wanted to make the main focus of the photo on me. (totally a narcissist) so I just made the background a plain color with some happy clouds. I think what took the longest was layering and figuring out my skin tone.

Cartoon Version of Masterpiece
This is my take on The Harbour at Argenteuil by Claude Monet. I spent a lot of time on the grass by layering colors and playing around with the textures and opacities. This was very fun, almost therapeutic when I did the clouds. ( totally wasn't having a stress session halfway) All in all, I really like Monet's style.

The Scream Part 2
This is my Catnip Creeps V.2.0 with my face on it. It was hard to find a photo where I am not fabulous in.
The Scream Part 1
This is my twist on the famous, "The Scream" by Edward Munch. One thing that I enjoyed the most was creating the background. Instead of the ocean behind the screaming person, I created a swirl of colors that stood in place as the sky. My cat is screaming and running away from a nightmare, a vacuum. What I am trying to convey through this painting is that the cat is on catnip which causes it to hallucinate, hence the green dress. The catnip induced hallucinations show one of its greatest fears that had chased it through childhood and the swirly background shows the mind of the cat.

Mona Lisa
This is my completed Mona Lisa. While making this I made a lot of mistakes. For example, every major and small piece are scattered on different layers. While making the eyes, instead of drawing them each, I cut them out from a stock photo and fit it to each eye. I would have added eyelashes but like her eyebrows, or rather, lack of, I kept them missing.
